Sustainability Frontiers members have undertaken a range of national or regional consultancies for UNICEF employing global education models and learning processes to help guide curriculum development and pedagogical renewal. The consultancies were in aid of Education for All, life skills education and child-friendly education initiatives. Working with a core team of national educationalists identified by the respective Ministry of Education, they have undertaken consultancy work in Lebanon and Jordan (1993-8); Algeria (1996); Syria (1996-2000); Armenia (1997-2000); Albania (1997-2001); Oman (1997); Iran (2000-5) and the Central Asian Republics of Kazakhstan, Kyrgyzstan, Tajikistan, Turkmenistan and Uzbekistan (2002-5). Consultancies have also been undertaken for Montessori organizations in Canada, Iran and Mozambique, for Caritas (evaluating pre-school programs in Kosovo), and for the Sao-Paulo based International Training for Environmental Leadership.
