Sustainability Frontiers operates a straightforward Return Policy. If a book arrives with a customer in a damaged state then the recipient should notify us immediately on receipt, sending photographs of the damage. Once the damage has been verified, a new copy with be despatched. Returns will not be accepted and no refund made in cases where the purchaser simply has second thoughts regarding their purchase.
