Fumiyo Kagawa has been invited by the Qatar Foundation for Education, Science and Community Development to participate in the fifth World Innovation Summit for Education (WISE) to be held in Doha, Qatar, October 29-31, 2013.
WISE is a global platform for debate and action which contributes to building the future of education. The annual WISE Summit brings together over 1,000 thought leaders, decision makers and practitioners from a variety of sectors, including education, business, politics, civil society and the media. WISE is unique in taking this global, multi-sectoral approach to education. The three innovation priority areas for the 2013 Summit are: access to quality education, lifelong learning, and making education available, anytime, anywhere.
